American Holt seeks a Customer Service Representative who is available to work Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. The CSR responds to customers' questions, concerns and processes orders, estimates and returns.

The successful candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills; enjoy spending his/her day on the phone interacting with customers and processing incoming customer order requests and quotations; and be able to work quickly and calmly in a fast paced environment. This individual will assist with RMA's and manage customer feedback and using that information improve the way our customers engage with the company.

The candidate should have a desire to grow with the job and assume greater responsibilities; be a team player with a good sense of humor. Knowledge of our industry is not required, but a willingness to learn is. An Associates Degree is preferred as is five or more years of work experience. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Access. Knowledge of QuickBase or other Sales CRM programs and QuickBooks a plus.
